We are very much aware of the growing concerns around Coronavirus and the impact it may have on business services.
We would assure all clients that, at present, we are aiming to continue to provide our normal services to all clients and are taking steps to ensure that this can continue as seamlessly as possible over the coming weeks. However as this pandemic progresses, that is likely to involve various measures to protect our staff, including home working and limiting face to face meetings. We will aim to keep both offices manned, subject to government guidance, to provide as much support to our clients as we can in these challenging times, so if you need to get in touch, please use the normal phone numbers and e-mails to get in touch or leave messages, which will be passed to the appropriate member of staff to respond to.
For all payroll and bookkeeping clients, we would especially ask for your support by sending in any information for payroll processing or bookkeeping as early as possible to ensure that we can get it turned around and back to you in good time, especially if staff numbers are reduced due to illness. Where possible information should be e-mailed or posted to the office or please consider signing up for our secure client portal, which provides a secure means of exchanging information online. This can be set up very simply – just let us know if you want to use the portal and we will arrange set up straight away. If you do need to bring records in person, please bear in mind the recommendations on distancing.
